Dr. Leung’s work on the cannabis industry includes business teaching cases that have been published by SAGE Publishing and Ivey Publishing. Companies covered include OrganiGram, Canopy Growth, and Aqualitas. The cases are used for discussing the cannabis industry in business ethics, strategic management, international business, and other management courses. Her current works in progress about the cannabis industry include studies about Indigenous cannabis entrepreneurs and recent developments in cannabis regulations.
